Items in the BELA BEGONIAS collection are made to order! Items typically ship from the studio in 7 business days or less.  Items will be sent via USPS First Class Mail and should arrive within 3 business days of the shipping date (tracking information is provided with your order).

IF your item will take longer to ship than 7 business days you will be contacted by email.  Ceramic and pieces from the 'Dipped Collection', if not in stock, can take 4-6 weeks to ship due to the nature of the creation process!

All items at Bela Begonias are handmade by the artist.  This makes your purchase special and unique.  You should expect slight variances from the photos seen on the website.  The quality of your item is backed 100%. Should you encounter a problem with your purchase due to the quality of the material - under normal wear and tear - Bela Begonias will repair or replace your item at no additional cost (this applies to jewelry only!).  Should your item break due to an accident (such as a tug on a chain, dropping a crystal and breaking it, losing an earring etc,) repairs can be quoted based on those specific items.  Use the contact for for inquiry! 

All products featured on the site are hand-made works of art, many of which are made to order. Therefore, returns beyond defects will be considered on a case-to-case basis.  Please use the contact form to reach us with questions!
