Returns + Exchanges

Should you encounter a problem with your purchase due to the quality of the material - under normal wear and tear - Bela Co will repair or replace your item at no additional cost.  Should your item break due to an accident (such as a hard tug on a chain, dropping a crystal and breaking it, losing an earring etc) repairs can be quoted based on the individual repair.  Use the contact form for inquiries! 

All products featured on the site are hand-made works of art and they are made to order. Therefore, returns beyond defects will be considered on a case-to-case basis.  Please use the contact form to reach us with any questions!
